Samples Policy DTP (promobiz.com.au) can provide samples on request. However, we do require samples to be returned to us. As we have to first pay for the samples outlined below are our policies regarding them. New Clients 1) If before you place your order you need to check the quality of the item we are happy to provide a sample for you. 2) All samples will be invoiced and must to be returned within a 14 day period. If you return the sample you will be credited with the invoice amount against your order. If you return the sample within 14 days but do not proceed we will refund the invoiced amount. Existing Clients 1) Any client with an annual spend of over $5,000 can have 3 samples sent free of charge. These samples must be returned after 30 days or they will be charged to your account. 2) Any samples valued at over $50 +GST will need to be paid for before despatch.
