Art Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. Text must be converted to outlines. Placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files. For spot colour printing Pantone PMS colours (coated) must be quoted. CMYK files are not acceptable for spot printing. Sending Artwork Please send via email to sales@promobiz.com.au if less than 10MB. If over 10MB please supply artwork on CD or DVD and post to us - PO Box 61 Corrimal NSW 2518. Other Formats PDF files can be used depending on originating artwork. Any images must be at minimum 300 dpi. Upon receipt of files we will confirm if they are acceptable. Microsoft Word Documents, Publisher, Power Point or any other Office based program is not sufficient for finished artwork. Redraw fees would apply to any of these formats. We have the facility to redraw files that are not suitable. Cost is based on a fee of $60 + GST per hour fees. Typical redraw cost for most logos is between $35 to $60. Submit your artwork for an estimate. For simple text layout, this service is offered free of charge for the first proof and one subsequent change. Thereafter any changes will incurr a fee of $20.00 + GST per change. Fonts All fonts must be either converted to outlines/curves or supplied as Mac files for us to load on our system. Fonts will not be stored on our system from job to job. Proofs All clients sign off on a proof giving written approval before a job commences.
